Extra Virgin oil made with top quality "Taggiasca" olive. We made our oil out of this particular type of olive, the Cultivar Taggiasca Olive, which is harvested at the right level of maturation and then grounded within 24 hours.
This oil by the unique veiled straw yellow and with an acidity lower than 0.5% has delicate and sweet taste which a foodie palate recognizes and that is a staple in the Mediterranean diet.
As this oil is not filtered, a light sediment at the bottom of the bottle is nothing but a genuine sign of quality.
